Ingredlents:
- A pack of 150grs banana frying mix
- 180 ml water (about a water cup)
- About 6 ripened bananas
Preparation:
Pour a pack of banana frying mix into a bowl with water in it and stir well and wait about 15 minutes until expanded flour.
Peel the bananas, cut them in half and press them with a knife.
Dip the pressed bananas in the bowl of flour
How to cook:
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Then adjust medium heat. Put the bananas dipped into the drying mix in the pan. Fry each side in deep oil until slightly golden and crispy, then drain off the excess oil
