Rice, vegetables (10%) (beetroot, camellia leaves, katuk, gac fruit, red pumpkin), synthetic food coloring (Amaranth INS 123, Carmoisine INS 122, Brilliant blue INS 133, Sunset yellow INS 110, Tartrazine INS 102).
- Soak the vermicelli into water about 5 - 10 minutes
- Cook in boiling water for 4 - 6 minutes, take out to be drip dry, use as pleased:

3. Used as same as fresh vermicelli.
