- Soak the vermicelli into water about 5 - 10 minutes

- Cook in boiling water for 4 - 6 minutes, take out to be drip dry, use as pleased:

  1. Saute with shrimp, crab, meat, egg, spices...

  2. Cook flavoured sauce, chicken, duck,...

  3. Used as same as fresh vermicelli.
