Place rice noodles in a pan of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, transfer cooked rice noodles into a bowl of cold water for 5 seconds. Drain rice noodles in a colander. Rice noodles are now ready to eat. Serve with all stir-fry food, beef, oriental soup dishes and cold salads
