Oats (40%), milk powder, maltodextrin, brown rice (10%), non-dairy creamer a creamer, salt.
Guide

Put 1 Brown Rice Oat meal bag (30g) in a cup and add 130ml of boiling water (100oC), stir well for about 4 minutes to serve. Tou can increase or decrease the amount of boiling water depending on taste
